★★★★★ - I have never done an escape room before, but decided to give this a try when visiting family in the Stamford area. I am glad I did, because it was so much fun! My family and I (four total) did the Escape the Madman room. Some members in my group had reservations about going through a room with a "horror" theme, but it was not at all scary. There were no jump scare moments or disturbing images, simply some appropriate props and video to give the illusion of being trapped. We are definitely not the best at solving mysteries together but the pacing of the hints and innovative clues were the perfect combination of fun and challenging. The owner stated that his intentions are to provide a fun challenge and will personally tailor the experience for each group. Whether you want many hints in order to complete the room, or minimal hints to escape, the "Madman" responds in real time to make it a very real and personal experience. I would definitely recommend this to any group that wants a fun experience. From a large corporate outing with catering (which they have the space to accommodate) to some small family fun, Trap't is the place to be. Gary P, 10/12/16
★★★★★ - This escape room was so much fun! We were 6 friends combined with a family of 4. We did the Abducted room and it was challenging but definitely an awesome way to spend an hour. Everyone in our group of 10 was of different ages from roughly 10 - 40 years old and we all had a blast. They mentioned that they had only been open for about a month but you couldn't tell from the overall great service and experience. We ended up escaping with about 3 minutes to spare. This one was my 4th escape room experience. I've done escape rooms in NYC and Indianapolis but this was definitely one of my favorites. Another set of friends went and solved this room a few days after I mentioned it to them and they loved it as well. I definitely plan on coming back to this place! Wintana A, 10/15/16
★★★★★ - Ok, so it was all these guys and me, and let me tell you, I very simply asked them rate from one to 10 the experience, without hesitation, they said, 10!! We went here to celebrate my sons 12th birthday! What a great time we had! Can't say enough about how great the whole experience was. From beginning to end... superb. Never a dull moment and we will definitely be doing the other 3 rooms! Love the staff and the facility. You must do this! Christina E, 10/15/16
